We know our customers want to minimise their impact on the environment. That’s why we help them to improve their efficiency by providing them with sustainable, energy-efficient buildings and access to a range of services that help measure and mitigate their operational carbon. From installing rooftop solar panels to providing EV charging points for electric cars and delivery vehicles, our customers feel the benefits of reduced building and operational energy output. At Prologis DIRFT in the East Midlands, customers can also access rail freight services, helping them reduce road miles and increase delivery speed.
Our sustainability programme funds specialist educators from The Eden Project to run workshops in schools and colleges local to our developments. These workshops help young people explore climate change and understand how they can play their part in protecting our planet. Over the past 13 years, this programme has educated almost 8,000 young people across 91 schools and colleges close to Prologis Parks.Find out more

We have a long-standing and trusted relationship with our supply chain and, in 2018, we became the first UK property company to require our suppliers to sign-up to our Social Value Charter. This agreement provides a framework for our entire supply chain to join, with the aim of delivering more value to the communities that we serve and operate in. From sourcing goods and labour locally, right through to community-based volunteering and apprenticeships, our buildings are delivering value for the local community long before the customer moves in.Find out more
