Lorry Parking and Driver Amenities
The lorry park at DIRFT is the gold standard of UK driver welfare facilities. Free to use for drivers servicing DIRFT, it offers 300 HGV parking spaces, as well as restrooms, washrooms and cooking facilities.
Hubs
We’re leading the way in providing amenity spaces for communities on or near our Prologis Parks. The Hub at DIRFT is a brand-new EPC A+ facility, open to all, acting as a place to meet, to learn and relax. It’s also home to the flagship Prologis Logistics Warehouse and Training Programme (PWLTP).

We strive to make our spaces better and better for the people who work in them. We provide best-in-class facilities for our customers including dedicated outdoor space, roof terraces and break-out canteen areas to make Prologis buildings the best place to work.
Wellness Mindset
Wellbeing is at the heart of our building design. Our Wellness Mindset creates spaces which are warm, healthy and bright places to work, with enhanced welfare facilities such as contemplation rooms, on-site gyms, modern office facilities and enhanced toilet provision. Wellness extends to the outdoors too. For example, at Prologis Park Pineham, our park environment features a fitness trail, complete with a 3km running route and exercise stations positioned along the way.
Walking Routes
No matter whether working on site or simply using them for exercise and enjoyment, pedestrians can access safe walking routes, away from traffic across every Prologis Park. The walking trails at our Prologis Parks provide opportunities for everyone to get outside, exercise and unwind. For example, at Prologis Apex Park, Shephard's Walk provides space to relax and exercise with a circular route that employees and the community can use, whereas at Prologis Park Kettering, our linear park offers a large green open space that everyone can enjoy.
Green Travel
It’s important that our customers’ employees travel to work as sustainably as possible. Our green travel schemes help reduce their individual carbon footprints, as well saving money and reducing local congestion.
Cycling
Our Prologis Parks offer cycle repair stations, e-bike charging, safe cycle paths and shelters, to encourage all forms of alternative transport. Prologis Park Hemel Hempstead, a pocket park and extensive network of cycle routes are open for everyone to use, including commuters and the local community.
Liftshare
Since 2008, we’ve worked with Liftshare UK to offer Prologis Park employees the Prologis Green Travel Scheme. Across our UK sites, this car sharing scheme offers the opportunity to save money, drastically reduce CO₂ emissions and ease local congestion.
Zeelo
A partnership with Zeelo offers Prologis Park employees the opportunity to book spaces on dedicated bus services on the way to and from work, cutting carbon emissions and reducing the number of cars on the road.
