Prologis Urban Bow Yard is a part Victorian, part 1930’s warehouse facility located on Gillender Street, East London. Situated within a mile of the City of London and Canary Wharf, Bow Yard is ideally placed as a ‘last mile’ location for logistics companies wishing to serve London. Given the multi-level nature of the building, it also lends itself to a number of additional uses, including ‘maker’ space targeted towards creative/production agency, film & media companies, technology and storage enterprises – all of which are prevalent in the City fringe market.
