Why Midpoint?

Prologis Park Midpoint is a prime site in a well-established and highly sought-after logistics location in Birmingham.

The site is a former sewage waste treatment plant and redeveloping the site brought over 1,000 jobs to the local community. Prologis has also constructed an environmental buffer zone alongside the River Tame which forms the south-eastern boundary, as well as structural landscaping to the north. The new environmental buffer not only supports a habitat for voles, bats, birds and other wildlife, it also serves as a flood storage compensatory scheme.
