Nick Smith
First Vice President, Head of Legal
Nick is a First Vice President for Prologis and heads up the UK Legal Team. He is also a member of the Prologis UK executive team. He joined Prologis in 2008 and was previously a Director at Wragge & Co LLP (now Gowing WLG).
With over 20 years commercial property experience, Nick has acted on industrial and mixed use schemes for developers, investors and occupiers and has considerable experience in taking schemes from initial due diligence, through acquisition, development and letting and finally, into asset management.
