Kathryn Bird

Kathryn is a Senior Legal Counsel and has responsibility for providing legal support for our development, leasing and operating portfolios across the UK regions. She also assists our treasury team with the UK aspects of our financings. She has over 10 years’ experience in commercial property and previous experience in banking.

Kathryn began her career as a Solicitor in Banking at DLA Piper and then worked as a Senior Associate in Commercial Development and Investment at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co (now Gowling WLG (UK) LLP) before joining Prologis in early 2015.

Kathryn has experience in land acquisition, disposal, development and leasing projects across the UK with schemes ranging from single industrial/distribution units to larger industrial parks. Kathryn also has experience in real estate finance, leverage finance and general banking.
