Ian is a Vice President and Head of Land & Development, with responsibility for land and development projects in the UK. With over 20 years’ development experience with particular expertise in land assembly, planning and developing large-scale mixed use and Industrial & logistics schemes.
Ian joined Prologis in 2021 from St Modwen where he was Senior Director of Development on the Industrial & Logistics Board overseeing the planning and development team.
