Derek focuses on the procurement and delivery of development within our Life Science business.

Before joining Prologis in 2020, Derek was an Associate Director for Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd, a US REIT, specialising in strategic land and mixed use development. He has 25 years of project management experience managing teams of consultants and steering projects through all stages of planning and delivery.
