It’s been a pleasure to recently welcome two new colleagues to our growing UK team. Firstly, Jason Pickering joined us two weeks ago as Capital Deployment & Leasing Director from Cushman & Wakefield where he’s been for over 6 years. Jason has extensive experience in Logistics & Industrial capital markets, with a focus across the country, in particular the South East region. In something of a “first week” coup, Jason was able to join us at the very time we came together with many EU colleagues to discuss the future direction of our business in Barcelona. What better way to get to know your new colleagues than face-to-face and in a such a relaxed setting? Secondly, Ryan Gordon joined us this week as Capital Deployment & Leasing Director from Stripe Street where he’s been for the past 8 years. With Stripe Street, a niche practice covering cross sector investment and leasing with a particular focus of site acquisitions in London and the South East, Ryan worked with retained client Aldi Stores UK to facilitate their food store expansion.

Both Jason & Ryan will focus on land and investment acquisitions in our strategic priority regions within London and the South East, using their complimentary skills and experiences to support Prologis’s ambitious growth plans.
