Clare has 22 years’ experience working within the Real Estate Industry, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and manages the Kent based portfolio. Before joining Prologis in 2020 Clare worked as the Associate Director, Finance for Liberty Property Trust, a U.S REIT, specialising in strategic land and mixed-use development.

Clare’s experience includes, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, project development, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, rental collections, service charge management, debt financing, JV management/reporting, estate management, property management, land sales, VAT, TAX, CIS, debt collection, system implementations, intercompany, consolidation and people management.

Clare has also previously worked for AXA Finance and Barclays Bank.
