Social value has rapidly risen up the corporate agenda, partly due to increased investor and consumer interest in corporate ESG performance. The pandemic played an important role, too, making the social ‘S’ in ESG, even more important.

By setting out what they have learned about delivering environmental, social and local economic value during the
construction of their new buildings, Prologis and Tritax hope that other property developers and logistics businesses will follow their example. In doing so, other businesses will learn that being a force for good in local communities can help to build stronger supply chain relationships, too.
