We’re only two months in, but 2022 has already been a year of growth for our UK team. Closely following Will Cassar and Milena Blair, we’re also welcoming Caroline Musker, Gillian Scarth, and Simon Perks to the business.
Each with their own dynamic skillsets, Caroline, Gillian and Simon are already making their mark within the team and are helping us strengthen our growth and development in the fast-paced UK logistics property market.
With over 17 years of knowledge in the sector, Caroline joins us in a newly-created role as Head of Planning, where she will help to get projects off the ground, and explore ways to add value to both our customers and the business. Having already being involved with a number of our projects in previous roles, including during her last job as a senior director at Lichfields, it is great to have Caroline officially join the team.
Backed by 15 years of experience, Gillian joins Prologis as a director in the Capital Deployment and Leasing team, where she will focus on driving growth, and supporting the delivery of new and existing projects in London and the South East.
Also joining the Capital Deployment and Leasing team as director is Simon, who will be specifically focusing on maintaining and strengthening our portfolio in London and the South East. At a time when urban development is especially important, Gillian and Simon’s collective knowledge and networks will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the business.
