Over the past twelve years, cyclists from Prologis, and our friends from the agency community and supply chain have ridden around France, across the Alps, through the Lake District, and over the Yorkshire Dales, raising vital funds for a wide range of charities. This year, after our 2020 virtual event raised £14,000 for three worthy charities, our intrepid cyclists were back in the saddle and back together again for a post pandemic peddle around the Worcestershire countryside.

Together, our riders covered either 100 miles or 100 km’s and raised an amazing £29,500 for charity from sponsorship and donations: £12,000 of this will be donated to Land Aid, – a charity working to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. The charity has been working hard to support young homeless people affected by the COVID-19 crisis and we are delighted to be helping this very worthy cause. A further £12,000 will be donated to Cure Leukaemia with the remaining £5,500 being given to Caring Minds – a Midlands’-based mental health charity that provides a wide range of inpatient, community and specialist mental health services for service users of all ages.

Paul Weston said, “It was great to see old friends, to bring people back together again and head out into the countryside to raise money for some incredible charities who support our industry and the local communities in which our Prologis Parks are based. Over the years, we have built trusted and longstanding relationships with the people we work with. This event is a great way to have fun with them and I am always overwhelmed by their support and generosity”.

I would like to thank everyone who cycled, donated or sponsored this year’s event and I look forward to getting back in the saddle for the 13th Prologis 100 in 2022.
