Darren Freed is the RECX Lead for Prologis UK.

Darren brings to Prologis 20 years’ of experience with specialism in Asset & Fund Management, Commercial Real Estate Development and JV stakeholder management.

In his capacity, Darren spearheads a team to drive occupancy, enhancing value, and improving NOI through the execution of value-add strategies. His responsibilities encompass lifecycle asset management and repositioning older assets to ensure they are primed for capital redeployment. His responsibilities encompass leading the UK RECX team, which is tasked with executing asset management matters, driving make-ready capital expenditure projects, ensuring technical delivery, and enhancing customer experience.

Prior to joining Prologis, Darren held the position of Director, Real Assets at Aviva Investors, leading a team of asset managers across a diverse portfolio of funds and asset classes with a total AUM of £2bn. His previous experience includes positions at Hammerson and JLL.

Darren is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
