ProLogis in Europe

Owning and operating more than 123.4 million sq ft of distribution space in 51 markets, ProLogis is the leading industrial developer in Europe. Since entering the European market in 1997 with the opening of a headquarters office in Amsterdam, the company has expanded into 15 countries in Northern, Southern and Central Europe. The scale of this expansion was shown in 2006 when ProLogis launched an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Euronext and became the largest company ever to be listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.

In line with ProLogis' global expansion, the company's rapid growth in Europe has been driven by customer demand. As a result, ProLogis has created a pan-European distribution network for some of the continent's largest manufacturers, retailers and third-party logistics providers.
